  • Asano resigned KPMG and established Collegia International Co., Ltd. and became its president.

  • Asano issued the book on how to implement J-SOX in practical business with the publisher, "Jitsugyoh No Nihonsya".
  • Launched the following service : Financial Operation Improvement for Timely Disclosure.
