Responsibilities include providing guidance on consolidation and financial closing for overseas and domestic subsidiaries as Sub-leader for about six years at Aktio Corporation (10 million JPY capital, about 20 consolidated subsidiary companies), and handled the audit from a major auditing company as one of the persons-in-charge.

Passed Certified Public Accountant Completion Examination. Subsequently, joined Collegia.ac Current responsibilities include IPO support (mainly consolidated financial reporting, acceleration of financial closing, evaluation of internal controls), and accounting and tax consulting for domestic private companies and overseas listed companies, for example, business succession counter-measures, financial closing accounts review, tax returns submission and declaration etc.
